After the game, the Reds boss spoke to the media to evaluate his team’s performance:
“I’m more frustrated about the performance than the result. It just wasn’t good enough.
“The performance in that first half was just not even close to what we wanted to do. Not good enough.
“It wasn’t a good game. It didn’t work out for us. At half-time we thought we could change it, they had nothing.
“Swansea knew to win the game they needed our help. We gave them the opportunity to score, and then they fight for their lives. We were just not good enough, and could not play what we wanted to play.”

With much still to play for over the coming weeks, the Reds will be looking to get back to winning ways as quick as possible.
