With a bothersome League Cup defeat in the books, we want you to rate Liverpool’s players and choose your man of the match.

Liverpool were the better side and if the game was played out again they would probably win in regulation. As it played out this time, though, it went to penalties and will go down as a loss. Still, there were some strong performances from the home side’s B-Team, with Diogo Jota, Takumi Minamino, Marko Grujic, Neco Williams, and Adrian all having their moments.
