Danny Ward completes £12million move to Leicester City
Liverpool have confirmed that Danny Ward has sealed his £12million switch to Leicester City after finding opportunities at Anfield hard to come by.
Ward joined the club from Wrexham back in 2012 and has subsequently been loaned to Morecambe, Aberdeen and Huddersfield Town, whom he helped to achieve promotion.
He made his first two starts for Liverpool against Bournemouth and Swansea at the tail-end of the 2015/16 campaign.

The Welshman did not feature again until last October when Klopp gave him a run-out in a 2-0 League Cup defeat against Leicester.
It was reported last week that, with the confidence of the incumbent Loris Karius seemingly in tatters following his Champions League final errors, Ward could be promoted to the top of the goalkeeping pecking order.
But the Reds’ subsequent move for Alisson put pay to his hopes, and he swiftly agreed a transfer to the King Power Stadium.
Ward could well be the Foxes’ no.1 given that Kasper Schmeichel has been strongly linked with Roma and Chelsea.

Liverpool are entitled to receive 20% of any future transfer fee if he moves on again.
Simon Mignolet could also leave Anfield this summer, having publicly expressed his frustration at his lack of game-time.
The Belgian is set for talks with Klopp when he returns to Melwood following his post-World Cup holiday, but if indeed he heads for the exit door, Karius will likely be second choice ahead of promising youngster Kamil Grabara.
