Liverpool provide update around team news for Tranmere Rovers clash

Liverpool Football Club have given a bit of team news away ahead of tonight’s pre-season friendly against Tranmere Rovers.

Adam Lallana will feature for the first time this pre-season, but we won’t yet see the Dutch pair of Virgil van Dijk or Georginio Wijnaldum.

Both van Dijk and Wijnaldum will be considered for Saturday’s clash against Bury. Joel Matip could also potentially make a return in the same fixture as he builds up his fitness coming back from injury.

It appears Danny Ings, who reportedly is set to leave the club this summer, will not feature tonight due to extreme blisters.
