Loris Karius considering Liverpool future

Loris Karius is considering his Liverpool future after the arrival of Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson.

Karius is currently going through the toughest period of his career. The mistakes he made in the Champions League final against Real Madrid have impacted his confidence in the pre-season thus far.

With that, Jurgen Klopp has had no choice but to go out and recruit Alisson for a fee of £67million, a world-record sum for a goalkeeper.

Speaking to Sky Germany, Karius is unsure if he has a future at Anfield with the recruitment of Alisson.

“Of course that’s not perfect for me, but I cannot say much more about that either,” Karius said. “I do not know that (whether he will leave before the deadline).

“I cannot say what I’m doing right now, there’s still some time left.”
