Sadio Mane could take the vacant No 10
Sadio Mane is reportedly set to take the vacant No 10, according to The Telegraph.
Mane currently is Liverpool’s No 19, but he prefers the No 10 that Philippe Coutinho left vacant when he departed Anfield in January this year.
Mane will seek a number change when he gets back from his post World-Cup holiday. He wore No 10 at Southampton and still wears No 10 for his country.

If the change were to occur, Liverpool would no doubt need to consider the supporters who have already purchased a new kit with Mane’s current number on it.
Last season saw Roberto Firmino change from No 11 to No 9, which no doubt impacted a number of people. Firmino went out of his way to personally sign any of the No 11 kits bought prior to his change.
Mane could be set to undergo a similar scenario if he were to change to the No 10 kit.
