Alisson will have no problems, says former LFC ‘keeper

Former Liverpool goalkeeper Bruce Grobbelaar has tipped Alisson Becker to go from ‘strength to strength’ at Anfield.
The Brazilian no.1 sealed a record £65million switch from Roma last month.
It is hoped that he will represent the solution to a long-term issue between the sticks.
Grobbelaar, who racked up more than 600 appearances for the club between 1981 and 1994, reckons Alisson is ‘made for’ the challenge of English football.
“Anyone who comes out of Brazil at a young age and comes over to Europe has got to have a big heart and a big personality,” he said.
“He has that in abundance and he will go from strength to strength in the Premier League. He’s a great buy – even at that money.
“With Roma he was fantastic and has learned his trade in Europe. Now this is an even bigger challenge in the Premier League at Liverpool but he’s made for it.
“He has played at the high level for Brazil in the World Cup and Roma in Serie A. He won’t have a problem at all.”
Alisson kept a clean sheet on his unofficial Liverpool debut against Napoli at the weekend and will play at Anfield for the first time on Tuesday in the Reds’ final pre-season game versus Torino.
