Fabinho a doubt for West Ham game
Fabinho could be made to wait for his official Liverpool debut after picking up a knock in the club’s final pre-season friendly against Torino, according to the Echo‘s James Pearce.
The Brazilian, who joined from Monaco at the beginning of the summer, was forced to miss training on Thursday after sustaining a ‘slight muscle problem’ in the clash with the Serie A side.
He is yet to be ruled out of Sunday’s season-opener, with the club medical staff to make their recommendation in the next 48 hours.

If he is sidelined, Klopp cold turn to skipper Jordan Henderson, Georginio Wijnaldum or Marko Grujic to sit in front of the defence.
Henderson only returned to training last Sunday but his fitness levels have hugely impressed Jurgen Klopp, and he was able to get 25 minutes under his belt against Torino.
He has managed to force himself into contention for the visit of the Hammers.
Wijnaldum, meanwhile, has had his pre-season disrupted by injuries but should be ready to start if required, while Grujic was set to leave the club this summer but has reportedly expressed a desire to stay and fight for his place.
Joe Gomez and James Milner, who missed Tuesday’s friendly as a precaution, are expected to be available.
