Liverpool monitoring midfielder situation in France

Those Andre Rabiot rumours to Liverpool just won’t seem to go away and the French midfielder has been linked with the Reds once again.

ESPN reported earlier this month that Liverpool have made contact with the representatives of PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot.

Rabiot is out of contract next summer with PSG and he could sign a pre-contract in January.

The 23-year-old is technically gifted and doesn’t shy away from a physical battle – ideal for English football.

He could be a replacement for Milner, 32, who is in great form for the Reds, but in the long term, he could be a shrewd piece of business for the Merseyside club.

Anfield scouts are still believed to be monitoring the situation, despite distancing themselves from the transfer.
