Rhian Brewster starts ball work with club staff as rehab continues
Promising young Liverpool striker Rhian Brewster has started ball work with Liverpool rehab staff.
The 18 year old suffered ankle ligament damage and had to undergo surgery to repair the damage and although he initially targeted a return to training around Christmas, his return has been delayed.
The great news is that the confident young forward is back on the grass at Melwood as he starts ball work with club rehab staff.

The Liverpool Echo reports that Brewster may still play a part this season even if he has missed his initial return date.
Although Liverpool are unwilling to place a timescale on his return to action, his return to training at Melwood is a positive sign and suggests, at the very least, that he is making slow progress toward eventually making the step up to the first team.
With Brewster yet to make an appearance in the Premier League, it’s difficult to see him play a significant role for the first team this season but it would be great to see him get a few minutes under his belt before his first full pre-season under Jurgen Klopp.
