Liverpool’s flying Dutchmen find the net again

Georginio Wijnaldum and Virgil van Dijk scored again for their country as the Netherlands hammered Belarus 4-0 in Rotterdam last night.

Wijnaldum tapped in from six yards 20 minutes into the game after being set up by Memphis Depay, who also bagged a brace on the night.

And Depay was instrumental again when he crossed the ball for Van Dijk to score another headed goal late on in the match.

Wijnaldum has only managed ten goals in almost three seasons for Liverpool, and only has two in this campaign.

Van Dijk has contributed more this season, with three goals in recent games against Watford and Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

The Netherlands haven’t qualified for either of the most recent international tournaments (Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup) but already look set to finish in the top two in their group this time round.
