Reds linked with summer move for “incredible” Lyon midfielder
Liverpool are weighing up a summer move for Lyon’s Houssem Aouar, according to Metro.
The 20-year-old midfielder has impressed this season for the Ligue 1 side, catching the eye of several Champions League clubs around Europe.
His performances have even drawn praise from Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola, who described him as “incredible” after Lyon’s match against City in the Champions League group stages.

“He’s always very calm with the ball at his feet, with an excellent technical quality,” Guardiola added after the game.
Liverpool came close to signing Nebil Fekir from Lyon last summer before the deal fell through after the player failed a medical, so the French side may not be too keen on further interest from Anfield.
