This is usually one of my favorite fixtures of the season, and not just because of Liverpool’s stellar record against the Gunners at Anfield. Of course, the lack of the Anfield crowd should give the visitors a boost. There are already top of the table implications for this tie, with both sides hoping to join Leicester City and Everton with perfect starts.

Liverpool will be sweating late fitness tests for Alisson and Thiago, but otherwise they’ll be good to go. Arsenal might have gotten the better of Liverpool the last two times out, but they’ve conceded at least 3 goals to the Reds with every visit since 2014. Let’s hope that trend continues tonight.
