Ragnar Klavan closing in on move to Italy

Liverpool centre-back Ragnar Klavan is reportedly set for a move to Italian side Cagliari, according to Gianluca Di Marzio.

The Estonian international is very close to joining the Italian outfit with negotiations between Cagliari and Liverpool at an advanced stage.

The fee agreed is reportedly around €2million. The Italian transfer window shuts tonight, so expect more to come out over the course of the day regarding this deal.

Klavan does not appear to be in Jurgen Klopp’s plans, and with that being the case, the Estonian may seek first-team football elsewhere.
