Liverpool owner hopeful of ‘a special season’ under Jurgen Klopp
Liverpool owner John W. Henry has back Jurgen Klopp to end Liverpool trophy drought this season.
The American businessman, who also owns the Boston Red Sox, is already celebrating success after his basketball franchise swept to another World Series title in Los Angeles last weekend.

Klopp’s side have reached several finals since including last season’s Champions League defeat to Real Madrid, which Henry believes arrived ahead of schedule.
He said: “Kiev was painful, but getting to the Champions League final, you could say we were a little ahead of schedule.
“I think that Jurgen has solved our defensive issues and we are really strong at the back and in midfield, and everyone knows how good we are upfront.”
“[Liverpool] as well is a very special team, and it could be a special season.”
