Alberto Moreno ‘dreaming’ of a move back to Sevilla

Alberto Moreno is reportedly ‘dreaming’ of a move back to Spain, according to the Spanish press.

Moreno has fallen out of favour at Anfield during the rise of Andrew Robertson in the left-back position, and is apparently ready to return to Sevilla, from whom he joined the Reds in 2014.

The speedy Spaniard has made just one Premier League appearance so far this season and his contract expires in the summer, meaning he can leave on a free.

As such, Liverpool may attempt to ensure they receive something for him by selling him in the January transfer window.

Liverpool have reportedly offered Sevilla the chance to re-sign Moreno in January, but the Spanish outfit are content to wait until the summer when they can get him for free.

The Reds will hope that other clubs come in for Moreno in January as they look to recoup some of the fee they paid in 2014.
