Marco Silva says Everton will fight to beat Manchester City despite title talk
Marco Silva says Everton are not concerned about the fate of the Premier League title race despite their city rivals Liverpool leading the charge.
The Blues face Manchester City this evening in a game which could see Pep Guardiola’s side go top of the table on goal difference if they overcome the Merseysiders.
Yet, despite claims that Liverpool’s immortal rivals will throw the towel in to spite the Reds, Marco Silva says his side will fight to win as they would in any game.

“My feeling is not on the title race or for us to look to that fight,” Silva told the media.
“We know our fight, and for sure what our fans want for tomorrow is to win the game, that’s the most important thing.
“You are talking about one title and it’s not just two teams, I think more than two teams are fighting for this title. There are many games to play and nothing will be decided tomorrow.
“We look for ourselves and we will do everything we can. All the other fights aren’t for us to think about.”
