Tottenham receive injury boost ahead of Liverpool clash

Tottenham are set to welcome back Harry Winks and Kieran Trippier when Spurs face Liverpool at Anfield on 31 March.

The English pair did not travel to Barcelona for Tottenham’s warm-weather training camp as they continue their rehabilitation.

Toby Alderweireld and Serge Aureir also sat out Tottenham’s 2-1 loss to Southampton recently as a “preventative measure” to avoid injury and may not feature against Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Spurs will, however, be able to call upon Harry Kane and Dele Alli again for the Anfield clash.

Liverpool are now likely to be without Trent Alexander-Arnold after the right-back picked up an injury in training.

The Reds are set to welcome back Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Joe Gomez, however, in a huge boost for the Liverpool manager.
