Wales boss praises Woodburn impact after late goal
Wales boss Ryan Giggs praised Been Woodburn after the young forward scored a late winner for the Welsh international side last night.
Woodburn chested the ball into the net on 92 minutes to win the match against Trinidad and Tobago.
And his manager was thrilled with the impact the Liverpool loanee made on the outcome of the game.

“He’s at a very good club who will look after him,” said Giggs.
“Very often the first loan move doesn’t quite happen for different reasons.
“Sheffield United were doing so well and he was in and out of the team, but he’s back now and he looks fit but when you’ve got that talent it doesn’t go away.
“Now he’s got himself in really good physical condition and he’s a threat. The last few camps he’s been really good in training and you can see the quality. I was dying to give him a game.
“It was great to see him score late on and persevere like he did [last night].”
After the match, Woodburn himself said: “The team played well today. We tried until the end and luckily it showed.
“They defended excellently throughout the game. We kept pushing, we kept trying.
“And we got the goal at the end.”
