Gini Wijnaldum has admitted that Liverpool have yet to offer him a new contract.
The midfielder joined the Reds in 2016 for £25million and still has two years left on his current deal, but improved terms would be expected soon in light of his excellent performances.
The Dutchman, however, isn’t concerned, and is focused solely on continuing to play his part under Jurgen Klopp.

“No, I did not speak with the club yet,” Wijnaldum said.
“That is something for the club. I will see what happens.
“I signed a five-year contract and I am still under contract. I just do my job to perform. A new contract has to come from the club.”
Liverpool have handed out new deals to Sadio Mané, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez, Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah, Jordan Henderson, and Andy Robertson in the past twelve months.
