Keita wants to follow Salah and Mane’s example under Klopp

Naby Keita hopes to replicate the development of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah under Jurgen Klopp next season, according to Goal.
Both Salah and Mane have progressed considerably under the German manager since joining Liverpool, with the pair sharing the Premier League Golden Boot and winning the Champions League last season.
Keita moved to Anfield last summer for £52.75million from RB Leipzig and was in and out of the squad with injury all season, though he did find form in the latter half of the campaign and scored three goals along the way.

And the Guinean international wants to improve going into the next campaign, following the same path as his African teammates.
“Klopp knows how to treat players and help them, he always talks with everyone on and off the pitch and helps them to improve,” Keita said of his manager.
“He can make you give all that you have and more on the pitch.
“People can see how he improved Salah and Mane and I hope he can do the same with me next season.”
He added: “I was a playmaker in Leipzig. I took the ball with more freedom to do what I want, playing the ball to strikers and wingers to assist or get in front of goal and score.
“At Liverpool, we have more attacking players like Salah, Mane and [Roberto] Firmino who boast great scoring numbers.
“My first year was about adapting with the team and to the Premier League. There are big differences between football in Germany and England and also between Leipzig and Liverpool, in my duties and the way of playing.
“I hope things will be even better next year.”
