It’s thought Liverpool would rather loan Kent out for another season but are willing to listen to offers for him this summer.
Aston Villa are also targeting Kent, though they could be out of the running if Liverpool insist on a loan deal as English clubs can bring in a maximum of two players from the same division on a temporary arrangement.
Villa and Leeds are also both keen on signing £25million-rated Harry Wilson this summer.
