I still don’t really have words to describe how good this feels, but seeing Liverpool raise that trophy for a sixth time was such a joy to behold.

The effort and hard work these players have put in this season deserved a trophy, and while they didn’t grab that elusive 19th league title, they are officially the Champions of Europe once again.

The best thing about it is that this doesn’t feel like the end of something. It feels like the beginning. It’s taken years of patient, meticulous planning, but Jurgen Klopp and his team have remade this club back into the behemoth that it once was. What a day. What a season. What a team.
