Barcelona and Real Madrid want Klopp and van Dijk

Barcelona and Real Madrid want to steal Jurgen Klopp and Virgil van Dijk from Liverpool but the Spanish sides are no longer attractive to Reds players.
Despite spending £276.75m on new players in the summer, Real Madrid have made a poor start to the season, winning just two games from four while Barcelona have won two, lost one and drawn one.
The La Liga sides have always proved attractive to some of the Premier League’s best players but the times are changing as Liverpool and Manchester City are now the two most attractive outfits in world football.
The back page of Sunday’s edition of AS, via Sport Witness, claims that Liverpool must be wary of any attempts from Real Madrid and Barcelona regarding any sensational moves they might make to sign Jurgen Klopp and Virgil van Dijk.
Two years ago, before the Reds won the Champions League and rose to the top of the Premier League, these kind of transfer stories would have been really worrying for Liverpool fans but no more.
Klopp’s presence at Liverpool has instilled a sense of confidence and belief that was absent when he arrived and is a large factor in the team’s success until this point as the Reds have asserted themselves as the best in the land.
Their start to the 2019/20 season can only be improved on by remaining unbeaten in the league and repeating their European exploits from last season.
