Injury update heading into clash against Napoli
Liverpool have no new problems in the injury department heading into the Champions League clash against Napoli at Anfield tonight.
A win for Liverpool against Napoli would see the Reds progress to the knockout rounds and secure top spot in Group E, but they will have to do it without Joel Matip, who is still injured.
Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp gave an update on his squad to Liverpoolfc.com: “Good, good. No long-term injuries – no Joel [Matip], no Clyney, no Paul [Glatzel].
“Naby was a little bit [ill] after the game, he trained yesterday but all the others look fine.”

Klopp also added: “Mo looks really good. He looked really good in training the day before yesterday especially, after the game. It was really good.
“Yesterday we didn’t do too much, so we will see today – but I’m not worried about it.”
