Leeds United are preparing a pitch to present to Liverpool this week, as the Championship club are looking to secure forward Rhian Brewster on loan until the end of the season, according to Football Insider.

According to the report, Jurgen Klopp has no issues with Brewster going out on loan until the end of the season.

Brewster’s last appearance for the Reds came in the Carabao Cup win over Arsenal in October, which highlights the lack of minutes the forward is receiving at Anfield.

The move would make sense for Brewster as he is clearly not in Klopp’s plans this season. The youngster needs an opportunity at senior level.

The reality is, he won’t receive that opportunity at Liverpool for the time being. The club would benefit from Brewster going out on loan, as he would be getting minutes in a solid league.

The club have more than enough depth in attack to cover the youngster. One also needs to consider Takumi Minamino will be joining the Reds come January. There is no point in Brewster hanging around.
