Jon Flanagan and Danny Ings linked with moves away

Both Jon Flanagan and Danny Ings have been linked with moves away from Liverpool for the upcoming season.

According to the Glasgow Evening TimesSteven Gerrard is interested in bringing Flanagan to Rangers. The defender is set to be released by Liverpool this summer, and the Scottish outfit are reportedly interested in reviving Flanagan’s career.

Gerrard played and saw Flanagan at his best during Liverpool’s 2013-14 title-challenging season, and he wants to get the Englishman back to playing his best football after some lean years with injuries and person issues.

Flanagan will become Gerrard’s seventh signing of the summer at Ibrox.

As for Ings, reports suggest that Crystal Palace are eyeing a move for the striker. Ings’ move to Liverpool back in 2015 started fairly well, but two serious knee injuries have impacted his ability to stay on the park and find consistency.
