Reds tipped to tie down Mane after Salah extension
Sadio Mane is expected to join Mohamed Salah in extending his Liverpool contract, with a new deal set to be agreed before the 2018/19 season.
Liverpool are looking to tie down their revered front three and after negotiating a five-year contract with Roberto Firmino in April, it was announced on Monday that Salah too will remain at Anfield until at least 2023.
Mane has been excellent since the joining the club in the summer of 2016, firing in 33 goals and creating 17 more in 73 appearances.
It had been suggested in some quarters that Real Madrid were interested in a big-money move for the forward, but Liverpool were quick to laugh off such speculation.

According to several reputable sources, extending Mane’s contract is now a priority, and the 26-year-old could sign on the dotted line when he returns to Melwood after Senegal’s group-stage World Cup exit.
Jurgen Klopp is keen to prevent his top talent being lured away and change the perception of the club in some quarters as a ‘stepping stone’ to Barcelona and Real Madrid after Philippe Coutinho forced his way out in January.
Klopp knows ending a six-year trophy drought will be crucial to that process.
