Senior players take part in an intense 11 v 11 game at Melwood

Liverpool had an 11-versus-11 training match today at Melwood to conclude the final session the day.

The second session at the Anfield club’s training facilities included a 60 minute football match, with those players who didn’t start Sunday’s Premier League opener against West Ham taking part.

Jurgen Klopp watched on as Shaqiri, Adam Lallana, Dominic Solanke, and Daniel Sturridge scored the goals.

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, Alberto Moreno and Nathaniel Clyne were among the other senior players to take part.
