Gary Lineker sends Mohamed Salah a reminder

England legend Gary Lineker has sent Mohamed Salah a message reminding him of how good a player he is, despite the form slump the Egyptian has found himself in recently.
Salah scored a total of 44 goals last season in all competitions for the Reds, meaning the expectation on the forward is as high as ever.
Salah managed to get on the scoresheet yesterday against Huddersfield Town, in which proved to be the winning goal in a 1-0 Liverpool victory at John Smith’s Stadium.

Until yesterday though, he had not scored since the Reds played Southampton at Anfield last month, but Lineker has reminded the forward that he is a top player.
Lineker posted on Twitter after Salah netted his goal yesterday: “Salah scores. He’s a proper player not a flash in the pan.
“All goal-scorers, however good they are, go through spells where it doesn’t happen for them.”
