Neymar and Mbappe both forced off injured in international friendlies

Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar has limped off injured in Brazil’s international friendly against Cameroon, while his club teammate Kylian Mbappe was forced off with a shoulder injury against Uruguay.
The news will come as a huge boost for Liverpool, who face Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League next Wednesday.

The Brazilian looked as though he pulled a groin muscle as he tried to send a cross into the box and fell to the floor in pain.

The French young star lasted only half an hour after clashing with Uruguay goalkeeper Martin Campana – subsequently landing awkwardly.
Liverpool will progress to the Last 16 of Europe’s elite competition if they win in the French capital next week.
The group could not be tighter, with the French giants top on six points and Jurgen Klopp’s side second on goal difference.
