Jurgen Klopp provides injury updates ahead of Huddersfield

Jurgen Klopp has refused to rule out Mohamed Salah, Virgil van Dijk, Sadio Mane and James Milner against Huddersfield Town in the Premier League this weekend, despite them all suffering knocks over the past two weeks, but Naby Keita will not be available.

Keita underwent a scan after picking up an injury during the international break, which ruled him out of the trip to John Smith’s Stadium.

“We have yesterday’s session and a few of the boys trained, we have to see how they react after that,” said Klopp, as quoted by the Liverpool Echo. “It’s pretty sure Naby will not be.

“With all the rest, we have to see how it develops.”

Mane did miss training along with Keita on Thursday at Melwood, but Salah, Milner and Van Dijk all made an appearance.
