Claude Puel confirms major injury boost for Leicester ahead of Liverpool clash
Claude Puel has confirmed that Harry Maguire has returned to training ahead of a clash with Liverpool in the Premier League on Wednesday.
The Reds will look to make it three wins in a row since losing 2-1 to Manchester City at the start of the month and continue their Premier League title bid.
With Pep Guardiola’s side taking on Newcastle United on Tuesday evening, Jurgen Klopp will be hoping Rafa Benitez can do him a favour but as the German and his charges have repeated time and time again, they’re only focusing on themselves.

“Harry is match fit,” Puel told the national media on Monday. “He will be present. No other injuries, just Amartey continues his improvement. He is in a good way.”
On the Foxes’ FA Cup exit, Puel added: “It was a possibility to rest and to change our ideas, to come back to training with intensity, quality and focus in training.
“It’s a good thing for these players, for the team, but we need to move on, to look forward, and now we have a fantastic challenge in these games.”
