Liverpool travel to Marbella with key man missing while duo is included

Liverpool have travelled to Marbella for a warm-weather training camp ahead of their Champions League clash against Bayern Munich next week and Rhian Brewster has been included in the squad.

The Reds are second in the Premier League table due to goal difference but have a game in hand over Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

Klopp is hoping that the trip to Marbella can allow his players the chance to rejuvenate after a poor run of form over the last couple weeks and return firing on all cylinders.

Just as he was included for the trip to Dubai two weeks ago, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been named and photographed in Liverpool’s squad as they travel to Marbella for a few days.

A more notable inclusion is Rhian Brewster as the 18-year-old prepares to start his senior career with the Reds after a couple injury setbacks ruled him out of contributing this season. Joe Gomez is absent but he is currently completing his rehabilitation from another surgery on his leg.
