Major blow for West Ham as star duo expected to miss clash with Liverpool
Liverpool will not have to deal with the danger posed by Samir Nasri and Marko Arnautovic as the West Ham duo is expected to miss the big game at the London Stadium this evening.
For the Reds, the game holds bonafide consequences for the Premier League title race and defeat will bolster Manchester City’s resolve as only two points would separate the two sides.
While Jurgen Klopp has a few of his own players absent through injury, he will be relieved to hear that both Marko Arnautovic and Samir Nasri are fitness doubts for the game.

“We are not sure about Marko,” explained Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini at his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon.
“We need to see the development and the pain in his foot. We have 72 hours more to see if he will be able to play. It’s more a question for the doctor.
“Fabianski will be OK. He didn’t work today 100 per cent but I think he will be able to work normally tomorrow. Aaron Cresswell is getting better, but Samir Nasri needs one week more.”
