Liverpool and Manchester United have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich midfielder James Rodriguez.
The Reds have been touted as possible contenders for the Columbian’s signature in the past, but rumours have begun to circulate that they could be in for him again this summer.
However, should any move materialize, it could cost Jurgen Klopp upwards of £70million to sign him.

Rodriguez is currently on loan at Bayern from Real Madrid, and the German club can sign him on a permanent basis for £50million in the summer.
The 27-year-old, however, wants to return to Madrid at the end of his two-year spell in Munich, though the arrival of Zinedine Zidane could impact on the chances of that happening.
Both Liverpool and United are waiting in the wings to see if Bayern opt to sign the midfielder, and could move for him quickly if it’s discovered that the Germans choose not to pursue his signature. They have until 15 June to decide.
Newspaper AS claim: “Bayern have paid Real Madrid 6.5 million euros a year for each season (that James has been on loan in Munich), and if they want to keep him they will have to activate a purchase clause set at 42 million euros.
“If Bayern finally decide not to keep the player, Madrid will put him on the market for 60 million euros, an initial asking price that they won’t drop any lower than 50.”
