Reds monitoring 20-year-old Coventry midfielder

Liverpool are tracking Coventry City midfielder Tom Bayliss ahead of a potential summer move, according to Birmingham Live.

The Reds have reportedly joined newly-promoted Aston Villa in the list of clubs monitoring the 20-year-old.

Everton and West Ham United are also keen on signing Bayliss, with Coventry set to demand £3million for any sale.

The 20-year-old scored on his debut in December 2017 and was a major facet in Coventry’s promotion from League Two.

He played over 40 times in League One this past season and was targeted by Derby County in January.

It remains to be seen whether or not Liverpool will firm up any interest in the player, who would surely represent a bargain-buy for Jurgen Klopp.
