The Reds have signed the midfielder for a fee of £53.8million, which £48.4million will be paid up front and a maximum of £4.4million in add-ons.
Fekir, 24, underwent a medical in Paris after Liverpool flew out its medical team on Thursday after the Merseyside club made progress in negotiations with Lyon.

The Liverpool Echo also reported that Liverpool were gaining a second opinion on a knee issue that Fekir had, but there was nothing to worry about.
According to The Mirror, Fekir has agreed a five-year contract worth around £140,000 a week with Liverpool.
Jurgen Klopp’s interest in Fekir has come after the Frenchman scored 21 goals and had nine assists in 39 appearances in Ligue 1 for Lyon last season.
Fekir is considered the natural replacement for Philippe Coutinho and bolsters Liverpool’s attack after they were left with little depth going into the final stages of last season.
