Chirivella wants stay in England or move to Spain

Pedro Chirivella has resolved to stay in England or return to Spain after his proposed move to Rosenborg fell through.
Liverpool had agreed a £2.4million fee for the 21-year-old, with a further £1.1million in potential add-ons.
The Reds also ensured, according to the Echo, that they had the option to buy back the Spaniard if he showed signs of unlocking the full extent of his potential.
Chirivella was then able to hold talks with the Norwegian side’s representatives, but he turned them down.
He is still fully expected to leave the club this summer, having spent the last season and a half out on loan.

The midfielder would prefer to stay in England, potentially moving to the Championship, or seek a transfer back to his native Spain to truly kick-start his career.
Nottingham Forest, one of his supposed suitors, may step-up their interest in light of these developments.
