Liverpool interested in Adrien Rabiot.
The Express reports that according to French newspaper L’Equipe, Liverpool are interested in signing midfielder Adrien Rabiot from Paris St-Germain.
The Reds are apparently leading the race for the 23-year-old, and are hoping he will sign a pre-contract agreement with them in January to secure a free transfer next summer.
However, L’Equipe goes on to state that Barcelona are also keen on Rabiot and still have time to put in a bid for him before the Spanish transfer window closes on August 31. In addition, Arsenal retain a long-standing interest in him and may have an advantage as Rabiot was managed by Unai Emery during his time as PSG boss.

Current manager Thomas Tuchel did nothing to dispel the Rabiot rumours yesterday, stating:
“It’s not certain if Adrien stays at PSG. It all depends on him. For me he’s a great player. He can grow even more and become a top player.”
It remains to be seen whether or not Liverpool will firm up their interest in Rabiot over the next few months.
