Salah: “Good to score, but the points were more important.”

In a questionable run of form, Salah’s goal proves to be the different
There’s no question that Mo Salah hasn’t been at his best this season for Liverpool, but on a night where his goal was the deciding factor, he’s not concerned one bit.
In an interview with BT Sport after the match, the Egyptian star had this to say, “I’m not worried [about my form], As long as I’m helping the team get points I don’t worry.” Salah continued, “It’s a good feeling [to score]. But, as I said last season, the most important thing is to help the team to get points. We are on track so we are happy about the result.”
The goal against Huddersfield was Salah’s first goal in over a month. His last came against Liverpool 3-0 win over Southampton at Anfield in September. Liverpool currently find themselves tied on points with Manchester City, both having secured 23 points from 27 available.
Liverpool fans would love for this goal to spark Salah on to a better run of form. The sky appears to be the limit considering Liverpool have only dropped 4 points without their star man being in top shape so far.
