Dida believes Alisson can become one of the best goalkeepers in the world

Former Brazil goalkeeper Dida believes Alisson Becker can go on to become one of the top goalies in world football after his £66.8million switch to Liverpool in July.
Football 365 report that Dida has been impressed with Alisson’s performances so far, with his fellow Brazilian conceding just five league goals throughout the season to this point.
Jurgen Klopp was keen to recruit a world-class goalkeeper after two mistakes by Loris Karius cost Liverpool the Champions League trophy in May, and moved to bring Alisson to Anfield for what was very briefly a world-record fee.

One mistake against Leicester City aside, Alisson has looked a superb acquisition for the Reds, and Dida, who won the 2002 World Cup with Brazil as well as two Champions League trophies, has thrown his support behind his countryman.
“I like Alisson very much – I think he is a great goalkeeper,” said Dida.
“I had the opportunity of working with him at Internacional.
“I see his great development in football; going to Europe, playing for the Brazilian national team.
“I hope he can be what everyone expects of him, conquering many things here in Europe and establishing himself as one of the best goalkeepers in the world.”
Alisson’s Brazil next take on Cameroon tomorrow in a friendly match at the Stadium MK.
