Liverpool receive major injury boost following 1-1 West Ham draw
Joe Gomez described his surgery as a success after he was operated on for a second time to ensure he recovers from his leg fracture completely.
The 21-year-old is a key player for Jurgen Klopp and his absence has definitely been noticed as Liverpool’s defensive solidity has been undermined of late.
There is no official timescale on his return but the message that Gomez posted is positive and described the surgery as a success which is a huge boost for Liverpool as it means he should be involved before the season ends.

“I’m doing all I can physically to come back stronger.”
