Ben Woodburn the hero for Wales with late winner

Liverpool’s Ben Woodburn bagged a stoppage-time winning goal while on international duty for Wales last night.

Manager Ryan Giggs looked on as the young forward chested the ball in at the back post on 92 minutes from a will Vaulks cross to beat Trinidad and Tobago 1-0 in a friendly at Wrexham.

Ki-Jana Hoever also played the full match for the Netherlands U17s in their 5-0 European Championship qualifying win against Northern Ireland.

In Dubai, Curtis Jones and Bobby Duncan helped England U18s beat Japan 4-1. Rhys Williams was an unused substitute on the night for England.
