Liverpool receive further profit from Coutinho deal
Liverpool have received another £4.3million from Barcelona after a clause in the Philippe Coutinho deal was triggered, according to the Liverpool Echo.
The Brazilian joined the La Liga giants in January 2018 for £142million after spending months pushing for a move away from Anfield.
However, the 26-year-old’s time at the Nou Camp has been bitterly disappointing, with Barcelona now actively looking to sell him this summer.

Much was made of the ‘Little Magician’ returning to face his former club in the Champions League semi-finals, along with fellow former Red Luis Suarez.
Yet Coutinho had virtually no impact on either game and was subbed off in both.
And to rub salt further into Barcelona’s woulds, the Catalan club have been forced to pay Liverpool another €5million simply because they reached the quarter-finals of the competition.
