Last year’s Champions League Group Stage trip to Napoli wasn’t exactly a fun one. In fact, it was arguably the worst performance of the year, with Carlo Ancelotti’s men completely stifling Liverpool’s potent attack. The 1-0 loss rather flattered Liverpool in the end, but Jurgen Klopp and the Reds will be looking to get more out of this year’s showdown. Considering the strength of this year’s group compared to last year’s “Group of Death,” a draw would probably be a decent result for both clubs. Alternatively, a win would already put Liverpool in the driver’s seat to claim top spot when Group Stage action concludes in December.
