Kylian Mbappe to Liverpool is not entirely impossible

A report released by Marca in June suggests that Kylian Mbappe has no intention of renewing his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
After Liverpool won their High Court case against New Balance, the door has been opened for the Reds to agree a £150million deal with Nike and this is exciting fans for a number of reasons.
The biggest reason is their desire to see Kylian Mbappe join the club next summer and given the obvious links between Nike and the Frenchman and now Liverpool, some supporters believe it’s not unduly unrealistic to imagine him in Merseyside Red.
While the 20-year-old is worth more than any other player in the transfer market, PSG are aware that his value decreases with each passing month as he nears the summer 2022 expiration of his contract.
It might be too expensive to sign him at the end of this season even with the new Nike deal and the increased revenues the club has seen generated in the last two seasons but signing him in 2021 would not be impossible.
In fact, it might make a lot of sense as it could coincide with the deterioration of the likes of Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah as they are already both 27 and would be 29 years old by the time the 2022 summer transfer window arrived.
Although #Mbappe2020 was trending last week, it might be more realistic to start pushing the #Mbappe2021 agenda…
