Takumi Minamino impresses for RB Salzburg at Anfield

RB Salzburgās impressive Takumi Minamino did his reputation a huge favour with his classy and energetic display at Anfield on Wednesday evening.
The Japanese forward impressed Liverpool fans with his link up play and ability to constantly find space between the Redsā midfield and defensive blocks which allowed the Austrian side the chance to make the score 3-3 after being three goals down.
Ultimately his performance counted for nothing as Liverpool scored a fourth goal to win the game but Minamino will be proud of himself and may have played himself into the transfer plans of some of Europeās biggest sides.
Still just 24 years old, the former Cerezo Osaka man has been compared to Roberto Firmino by Liverpool fans, suggesting he could be the Brazilianās heir.
I don't think I've seen a better individual performance at Anfield than Minamino's this evening for a very long time. He was at the heart of everything for Salzburg and deservedly bagged an extremely well-taken goal.

Minamino is the Pokemon before it evolves into Firmino

Ok @PeterMooreLFC, I have a plan.
1) Sign up Nike with 20% on all kit/gear sales going to LFC.
2) Sign Heung-min Son
3) Sign Takumi MinaminoResult: Every Nike store in South Korea and Japan will sell out of LFC gear in a matter of days.
4) Buy Everton
5) Dissolve Everton

It was suggested after Sadio Mane joined Southampton that #LFC hadn't made a move because their scouting model couldn't quantify the value of performing in the Austrian Bundesliga. If they've updated their system, I wonder what it says about Takumi Minamino. Unreal tonight.

I would like to have Takumi Minamino at Liverpool. He is class. Top talent.

John Henry isnāt worth his salt as an owner if he doesnāt make an executive decision to sign Minamino and Hee Chan.
Ballers, and THINK of the Asian marketing opportunities.

Minamino scored a goal and assisted Erling Haalandās equaliser to cap off a stunning display.
It might be the start of the season but Liverpool really ought to be scouting and tracking the 24-year-old for the remainder of the season with the view to sign him at the end of the campaign.
Heās that good.
