Watch: Reliving Champions League Triumph From Children's Point of View

I'm not crying, you are.

Time, as they say, is relative. Lunchtime doubly so. As the excitement of winning #6 died down over summer, and the focus turned away from yesterday's triumphs to tomorrow's promises of a somehow even brighter future, it's easy to forget just how special the semifinals and final were.

Life, as they say, goes on. There are jobs to return to (Evertonians can't be expected to pick up all of our slack, though perhaps they should). There are bills to pay. There are a million little daily trifles to concern ourselves with. There is a new season, with new concerns.

Sometimes we need to be reminded just how special it is to be a Liverpool supporter right now. Sometimes, we need to see the world through the eyes of a child, without all the wonder and amazement stripped away through years of disappointment leading to jaded skepticism and cynicism. Sometimes we need five Scouse lads, too young to be accused of being full kit wankers, in their full kits, telling us how great it is to be a Red, and how boss these Reds are.

If this video doesn't bring a smile to your jaded, cynical old self, you're probably qlready dead inside. But maybe if you eat your veggies, you can grow up to be like these kids. Enjoy.
