Rumour Mongering: Wolves to Bid £20 Million For Origi in January

Wolves need a striker, Divock needs a new home
The flashy newly promoted side are looking to bolster their striking options by bidding for out of favor Liverpool striker Divock Origi, as first reported by the Mirror. The Belgian forward seems to be set on going elsewhere as his play time under Klopp has diminished greatly, having only played once this season in the 2-0 defeat to Red Star Belgrade.
Wolves are reportedly set to make striker their priority position to target in the January window. The Mirror reports that the newly promoted side are willing to pay £20 million for Origi, who needs to leave Anfield in order to get his preferred playing time.
Still only 23, the striker’s time at Liverpool has had its ups and downs. Once seen as a rising star, he has dealt with lingering injuries and poor form. Liverpool looked to get him consistent playing time last season by loaning him to Wolfsburg in Germany, but the Belgian international failed to impress during the loan.
Divock Origi has scored 21 goals in 78 appearances for Liverpool.
